Welcome to the Venice Christmas Palace! To ensure that the magic and enchantment of the holidays are perfect for everyone, please observe the following simple rules of the Palace:

1. Photography and Memories:
   • You are allowed to take photos in the common areas of the Palace, and the elves will also be happy to appear in your selfies!
   • During shows, Elf School lessons, and performances in the Ballroom, we kindly ask you to refrain from video or audio recording.
   • During the Meeting with Santa Claus, for reasons of Christmas Secrecy, photos will be taken exclusively by the designated Elf Photographers.

2. Food and Drink:
   • It is strictly forbidden to bring in and consume food or drinks; they can be found at the refreshment areas and Mrs. Claus’s Chocolate Shop.

3. No Smoking:
   • There is an absolute ban on smoking inside the entire structure and in the inner courtyard of Palazzo Soranzo.

4. Our Smallest Guests:
   • To ensure their safety, parents and guardians are required to never lose sight of their children and to supervise them carefully in every area of the Palace. Our Elves are always ready to play and entertain, but custody and supervision remain the exclusive responsibility of parents for the entire duration of the visit. We decline all responsibility for injuries or accidents due to lack of supervision.

5. Care of the Premises:
   • Visitors are required to exercise the utmost care and respect for the Palace’s historic environments and to not damage the Christmas decorations in any way.

6. Respect and Kindness:
   • The Elves are always kind and ready to help you; please return their kindness with respect. For the common well-being of all guests, you are required to maintain polite behavior, avoiding shouting and creating uncomfortable situations throughout the entire area of the Palace, both internal and external.

7. Pets
   • Pets are not permitted inside the palace. Officially certified guide dogs, however, are welcome.

8. Health and Safety
   • You must act reasonably and responsibly and comply with all instructions provided by the elves to participate in the experiences.

9. Medical Notice
   • You must notify Venice Christmas Palace of any health issues (e.g., epilepsy, panic attacks) that might affect your participation in the activities.

10. Lost Property and Custody
    • Venice Christmas Palace declines all responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to personal effects and valuables left unattended inside the Palace.

11. Cloakroom
    • The cloakroom service is free but unsupervised.

12. Prohibited Dangerous Items
    • It is strictly forbidden to bring blunt objects, weapons, explosive materials, or any type of fire inside the structure.

13. Responsibility for Spaces and Materials
    • Venice Christmas Palace declines all responsibility for damage resulting from improper use of the spaces or materials.

14. Cleanliness and Waste
    • To maintain the Palace’s enchantment, please do not leave litter or dirt in the environments. Always use only the designated bins present for disposal.

15. Intentional Damage/Removal
    • We reserve the right to remove from the premises and place on the naughty list without the right to a refund anyone who intentionally damages the historic environments or decorations, or who adopts seriously inappropriate behavior that causes disturbance to other guests or staff.
