The Most Elegant Event to Set Sail into the New Year

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with us. The New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is an exclusive culinary experience to celebrate the arrival of 2026 with style and refined flavors.

Our menu is a tribute to Venetian tradition and the flavors of the sea. From 8:30 PM, you will be welcomed to a gastronomic experience unfolding over six courses:

Venetian Appetizers (Mixed Cicchetti):

* Charcuterie Board

* Cheese and Vegetable Board

* Mixed Seafood Board

First Course:

* Seafood Lasagna: Soft layers of fresh pasta filled with a delicate seafood ragù.

Main Course:

* Sea Bass Fillet: Crusted sea bass fillet, accompanied by boiled potatoes.

Dessert & Celebration:

* Lemon Sorbet: A refreshing palate cleanser.

* Coconut Cake: A soft cake to celebrate the beginning of the new year.

* Almond Cookies: Small pastries to accompany the toast.

Drinks:

* The Gala Dinner price includes water or soft drinks and one bottle of wine for every 4 guests for the toast. Additional bottles of wine for dinner may be ordered separately on the night.

Dress Code: Wear something red!

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organization reserves the right to not confirm or cancel the dinner up to 24 hours before the event.
